Tal vez suene familiar, ya que por mucho tiempo se ha mencionado la frase “mente sana cuerpo sano”, esto se debe particularmente al trato que se tiene sobre nuestra salud física y mental, alguna vez te has preguntado sobre tu salud mental?, si no lo has hecho tal vez esta sea la oportunidad para aclarar este concepto y conocer como alimentar nuestro cerebro de manera saludable.

Los alimentos para el cerebro sumado el ejercicio del mismo, permite que desarrollemos nuestra capacidad de memoria y concentración, mitigando el deterioro de su ciclo vital con el apoyo de suplementos alimenticios que contribuyen positivamente a una dieta alimenticia saludable.

Nunca olvides desayunar.

Por el ritmo agitado de nuestra vida, desatendemos nuestra rutina alimentaria y saltamos de una comida a otra donde en ocasiones el desayuno pasa por alto, grave error, ya que la comida más importante para el cerebro es la primer ingesta de la mañana y esto determina nuestra capacidad de concentración, reacción y habilidad mental en la ejecución de nuestras actividades mostrando una respuesta positiva.

La dieta ideal para el desayuno se compone de una porción de fruta, cereales, algún lácteo y jugo, como puedes notar son alimentos ricos en azúcar dinamizando el funcionamiento de tu cerebro, ahora bien, si te gusta el café o el chocolate puedes incluirlo en tu desayuno sin exceder su consumo para que no genere contraindicaciones.
